This needs a breakdown to fully understand.

I made homemade Manicotti with 3 homemade sauces and a homemade filling and 4 cheeses.

The main sauce was a tomato sauce.
Inside the Manicotti is a ricotta filling with a little drizzle of homemade pesto.
I put tomato sauce in the bottom of the pan and put each one down and put a little spread of homemade alfredo sauce on top of each one.
Then poured tomato sauce on top of the whole thing then covered it with cheese and I bake it till golden brown.

Cheese are...
Ricotta
Full fat mozzarella
3 year aged sharp white cheddar
Authentic Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
All sauces and the filling were homemade.


I'll post a pic once I cut into it.

I cooked fried rice with prawns, tempeh (an Indonesian fermented tofu), pickled duck eggs, and crispy chicken.

There was also durian...

And you are invited next time...
