Tonight I will make a "rösti" omlet with mushrooms and a salad with yoghurt and garlic on the side :p

Obviously, only small samples! A little taste of pasta (Covatelli), meatloaf with cheese and egg, sausage, baked bread (in traditional ovens)

Dinner with cousins​​, aunts, etc.

Spiral sliced ham.
This may be an offering only here in the states. I have no idea.
They take a quality ham and (somehow) do one continuous spiral slice. I know it sounds weird, but it works! You start from the top, and nibble your way down. It's great to come home from a day's work and your meat is set. A salad or a side.

It's very popular here in spring and fall. I get one twice a year.
