why do you ask yourself thoes questions as you try to sleep?
 
I don't, I usually listen to a bit of speech radio and I'm asleep in minutes, even if it's something I'm trying desperately to stay awake and listen to :p

One reason I never watch TV in bed, it's next to impossible for me, once in bed I'm asleep, once I'm awake I'm up ! ;) Sometimes in both ways , but not so often at my age :))
 
I'm not sure, coincidentally I was thinking about this only last night as I drifted off to sleep... ;):):rofl:
 
When I want to sleep, or let's say my body demands some sleep, I turn off the switch and stop thinking. I am asleep within two minutes.
