I know for myself, I suppress them especially when the situation seem inappropriate for that kind of behavior to come on display. For example, when I was dating my boss, due to the fact that our relationship was very discrete, there were moments when we would be in attendance at a corporate meeting and he would give me a certain look across the conference room and I would just get so hard..that I would compose myself by putting my portfolio on my lap or my business journal.
