May I suggest that these rules are expanded a little to clarify the definition of HD.
At the moment, there is nothing in the body of the rules to define HD. It's only when you read the Title that you see that the minimum resolution is 720p. While this is perfectly accurate, there are members (and apparently, even moderators) who think that a 720x??? video is therefore classified as HD.
I suggest that an extra paragraph is inserted into the beginning of the rules on the lines of:
"High-definition video or HD video refers to any video system of higher resolution than standard-definition (SD) video, and most commonly involves display resolutions of 1,280×720 pixels (720p) or 1,920×1,080 pixels (1080i/1080p)."
