you have another chance...

No planning, nor mathematical approach. I follow my feelings. I always did, and I would do it again in that case.

I'd say yes to that older co-worker that was always hitting on me, whom I found out three months later when he died was a millionaire with no heirs...:duh:

I would not have taken up smoking in college and studied harder.

I would tell my best friend from high school that I am gay (and with any luck get a wonderful boyfriend in the process!), I would finish college the first time around, and I would stay north of the Mason-Dixon line (not just due to politics, but because I like a real winter with plenty of snow!). No six years in the U.S. Navy, no eight years wasted in a bad relationship, and I would never move to a city in the desert! :p

If I could go back to early childhood, I would not waste even a minute with the aunt I adored who turned out to be a homophobic bitch who couldn't be bothered with me during the last ten years of her life. I didn't even know what her issue was until just before she died she said bitter and nasty things to my mother about me. I wasted a lot of love on that woman! Not that I believe in Karma, but she died unhappy and in pain.

i would come out earlier and studied harder in university and fix my relationship with my mom

I would've shagged the hell out my best buddy from my college whom I've always suspected was gay. And yes I seriously regretted never doing it. :p

Some years ago I was in Naples (Italy) with a friend.
Suddenly a guy poked me and asked me where I came from and what language I spoke, etc. ..
I then have to bring out my best French and after a while he asked me if I wanted to go with him and he walked in front of me beckoning me.
Naples is a city quite insecure and I did not trust ..... after all I was there with a friend, so I went in with NO.
I wonder what would happen if I did it was gone.
If I would get another chance I'd go along.
Maybe it was an accomplished lover who was looking for some company
during that hot night?

I think we learn from our regrets, from thinking to ourselves I should have done this, I wish I'd done that. Today I keep telling myself that it's not too late, but mostly it is. I think in life we regret what we didn't do more than what we actually did, so if you are young, go for it.

I would have told my first girlfriend to stay home that fateful day she died with her mom and aunt in a car accident. I wouldn't have lost her and months later my best friend (her brother) who was too sad for losing his family and killed himself, I would not have go to his place to witness this horrible spectacle of brain and blood coloring a white wall (22 caliber does a lot of damage). I would be married to her and have several kids and still be super bisexual :). But destiny decided otherwise and in a way I'm grateful for that anyway because I wouldn't be the dude I am today.
