I 've never been able to whistle, but this is the first I've ever heard of not being able to snap your fingers.

I can't crack mine, though. I used to be able to crack my jaw at will, but somewhere along the line I lost that ability.

PS Maybe it's a boring question, but what does that say about us who've answered it?

I can and do snap my fingers regularly but I once made someone really angry by doing it so I tend to hold back now. Whistling is frowned on here but I do it occasionally too.

If i go out to drink i always start with two drinks so i have some time and atleast some beer in me before i have 2 get a new one .................
