Is anyone doing it? A lot of the guys at work are.

For anyone doesn't already know its a worldwide moustache growing charity event that raises aweneness and funds for mens health.

I cannot stand stubble on my own face so definitely not for me. Wondering what you think and whether you're taking part?

Straight men get to live out their fantasy of looking like Freddy Mercury for a month and donate to 'mens health' charity for the privilege.

It's not something that is high profile here in the states. This is the first I heard of it.

But the "facial hair for charity" is pretty common here. There's a local company based in my neighborhood, New Balance shoes. They seem to do it every fall, for whatever charity is doing it.
It's fun to see the New Balance boys get scruffy for a month. Beards as well as stashes.

I've seen it Tonka....a lot of US college sports teams do this as a followup to WEAR PINK for breast cancer awareness...they grow a bad thin kid-stache or some scraggly hair on their chin - it's totally adorable!

I think in the States it's more commonly known as 'no shave November'. I think it lacks profile in the US but its fairly well known in Europe and Australia. It will be interesting to hear from people in those countries on how popular this event is down there

Apparently it's taken off here too. I think the election took over the news, but now other stories have their turn, including this one.
I'm seeing the post college boys in my neighborhood with new facial hair. Mostly thin, retro looking staches. Clark Gable comes to mind.
Some of them look really cute. Some....fashion victims!

It's the last day of Movember. All the other guys at work had silly full grown moustaches that their partners hate! If you've grown one, show it off before you shave it off!
