As long as it's not pastry or cakes then I'm pretty much OK. Like I said in another thread I am good at curries, chillis and the like, but I don't bother so much now. I rarely have anyone round for dinner these days, we either have pizzas or go out, and unless I'm really in the mood I can't be bothered spending all that time just cooking for myself.

I can cook like a chef, I was tought young...and can cook all foods, but i hate ones that take 15hrs or so to prepare, i prefer slow cooked meats and good soups

I can. But these days I cook less than I used to..laziness I suppose..but I can do a mean chilli, spicy chicken, pasta dishes, boeuf bourguignon (me too obelix), stir frys and of course curries - when I can be arsed.

Cooking is my thing Some examples of what I can cook: beef or pork or chicken sour soup (a specific meal), schnitzels (dunno if it`s the correct spelling ..it`s thin meat passed through beaten eggs and flour and eventually fried ) potato and onion and whatever else stews, tortellini alla carbonara, spaghetti prosciutto e funghi or others, pizza of course and some others as for sweets...hehe! i make a lot of pancakes, i can bake "snow white" ..it`s a cake with a white cream, i can bake muffins , banana bread (hehe, even though I`m not american lol ) i can make the coconut balls with peanuts in the middle or almonds, hmmm..i can make a birthday cake from a to z
I know more but I can`t think about them now...oh, stuffed chicken one of my favs

well i like to cook.. but i would much rather be a good baker.. I wish i can bake.. but im not very good at it.. I always try and try but I always fail.. I would much rather be a good baker than a cook ... Soon i will succeed!

Love to cook - especially hot, spicy food! I have a garden every year where I grow nothing but hot peppers. This year I have 87 plants and 15 different varieties...oh man...it's the best!

Good food smells good, but vents take care of most odors, besides in most homes the kitchen is close to to at least one bedroom. As for critters, I have four cats. The little bastards don't stand a chance :devil:

Le Gourmet Chef here....I can cook anything...I get the talent from my mum...she's the northern version of Paula Deen. Sometimes I really like to cook and will go all out, and then I might go for a while...be lazy and nuke some frozen food in the microwave.

My best creation is Chicago Style Pizza completely from raw ingredients. I make a secret killer chunky tomato sauce and dough to die for. I still have dreams of opening up an pizza version of Hooters (ok maybe topless)...called Tomatoes.

I love to create deserts too...anything with chocolate...or with apples yum yum

I really like to cook but would have to call myself an amateur since I tend only to cook, at least well, Italian cuisine. Everything else seems to be touch and go. I do love to watch others cook, on TV or elsewhere.
