The only country in the world where men of European descent (i.e., white people) are cut is the USA. Most white American males are different from their English, Dutch, Russian, French, Swedish, Italian, Greek, German, Polish, Belgian, Danish, Serbian, Swiss, etc., etc...., cousins, because in European countries, circision is never, and has never been, practised, unless you specifically request it from your doctor. Circision in Europe is usually only performed because the parents are Jewish or Muslim and they've asked the physician to do it.
Of course, in the rare case that a foreskin is malformed or causing a problem, a circision will be administered.
It's a pity that so many healthy foreskins are removed automatically and without question in the USA. White American men stand out as the only routinely circised men in the world. It's such a shame, because it's such a pleasurable thing to have. And such a sexy thing to see and to manipulate.

I'd just like to repeat that I do not think a circised penis is ugly. They're quite alright to look at. It's just that I do not find a penis sexy at all if it doesn't have that lovely skin to roll back and forth. Rolled back completely, an uncut penis looks circised, anyway. I like it how many uncut men can make their penis go all the way from looking cut, to half-hooded, to completely covered. So versatile. And that's sooooo sexy!
