There has have been some discussion about changing the banner on the forum home page. The current banner, shown above, was created by an SVIP member and replaced the banner that the forum had used for several years.

We are interested in any member input, if you have any ideas, suggestions, or comments we would welcome them. You may post your comments and ideas here in this thread.Questions are always welcome as well.:)​
 
I think it was nice already, since Im a new member. But if everyone wants it to change, I'll be fine with that.
Is it have to be blue-ish? Purple would be nice...but it means that everything have to change into purple...a little bit purple I mean. Combination of purple, black and glittering star.
 
any colors would be fine, perhaps you could create an example of what you might like to see!

i like the current banner for its "neutrality" - the pic doesn't pander to any particular perception of 'hotness' - a definite bonus from my point of view

maybe if enough want a change another forum theme could be added..

I am also very sorry to say that in the face of such steadfastness to keep the banner the way it is the new banner project is being shelved for the interim, although I will keep your design tucked away for future discussion.
 
the banner should show variety.

Hi guys here I send some illustrations designed by me.
Personally I think the face of our site most be renewed and with this entry,
I would answer Mark_63 call.
The illustration of RefixnarcisM is great but I opted for a more sober version.
Everything is negotiable and debatable so comments please!!!!!!
Anyway I found it a challenge to do and have had a lot of fun!!!
