I'm thinking about gay porn movies from the 1990s and early 2000, and I know that the longest I've actually watched are some of Jean Daniel Cadinot's films. It's possible he even made one or two somewhat longer than 2 hours.

Some NextDoorStudios scenes, which can be an hour long. Sometimes they're boring, but in the case of Dalton Riley - Dakota Young, the payoff (an internal) was soooo worth it.

I enjoy a bit of a plot with my porn, or at least some sort of setup to justify the action. It can be as simple as, "Hi, I've got your hot pizza you ordered..." to something more involved like the stuff HLX did a few years back with the models talking about their "first time" and then reenacting it.

But you occasionally run into scenes where they spend 15 minutes or more building up to the action and quite frankly neither the writing nor the acting is to the level to justify that much time. That sort of stuff is just fodder for the fast forward button.
