He's so cute. The joke is on his 'people'. He's only repeating what he hears all day every day. The people around him must speak in loud voices a lot and what they are saying is jibberish, lol.
He is obviously loved and well cared for. It looks like he is 'cock of the walk' and 'rules the roost'.
