I have asked the admin to remove my account, as I find I am no longer enjoying this forum.
I am somewhat disheartened by the way certain threads - one in particular - have deteriorated into - let's put it plainly - rants, based on certain people's opinion that they must be right, and if anyone disagree then the problem lies with them. I can't discuss issues in that kind of hostile climate, and I would rather not try.

To those of you who have expressed friendship, I wish you the best and hope the rest of your life is happy and fulfilling.

Edit: He is taking a temporary break for now and will decide after that which way to go.
Hopefully, after some time off we can welcome him back as the usual active member we know him.

Tip for dealing with overheated threads: State your opinion, and then get out. A sure fire way to stop the argument is to walk away. An obnoxious poster can only continue if someone tries to reason with him (or her). Don't bother. Life is short. Watch some porn. Let the flame-throwers hash it out themselves.

Also, avoid posting when drunk, tired, or angry. Trust me, it never comes out well. :cheers:
