Can a true "bisexual" relationship work?

I thought bisexual just means that a person CAN be attracted to either men or women, but they don't have to be at the same time? Otherwise, won't that just be an issue with being polygamous or monogamous (like a straight man having two wives, or gay man having relationships with two other guys), and not bisexuality?
 
All bisexual means is your attracted to both sexes.
Like any relationship, if your with one at a time or more, it's all about the people involved.
 
i'm sure it's possible, not everyone is into sex so it might be easier if their it for emotional stuff
 
Well maybe I am gonna upset a few folk in here but for me, HELL NO!...
 
I think it could work, if you were only involved for the sex.
 
So long as there was no emotional attachment and no children.
 
I don't think so. You can't light both ends of a candle.
 
How about if we ask an actual bisexual?
