Indeed he does!
I would advise anyone who has the photos NOT to share them. It's just not safe. The owner of that site seems really litigious when it comes to protecting his copyright. For starters, EL, FYM's sister site, is a banned studio here at GayHeaven. They've been known to embed tracking info within their videos so if they find a shared video they know which of their members was responsible for the link. They probably put tracking data on their photographs too, in addition to putting your user name and access date visibly on top of the photos.
