Do You go in when work calls ?

Well here is the deal I work two part time jobs , ( my last full time job I had i love but any way I got called in to work today and I went in I always do ...


well do you guys go in on a day off if your called in?

Well I think a day off is a day off but if you are maybe on standby then of course you have to.

Another point is why you get called and whether a problem can be solved easy and maybe on the phone already. Otherwise it's MINE day off and nobody from work mustn't disturb me!!

I work for a great boss, and I know that she would only call me of it was a real emergency, so, if she calls, I go, but it really is a rarity.

I love my job and take pride in it, so if there's an outage and it's badly affecting our users, I'll go in and do my bit to get things back online.
