Hold on to your britches....the grandaddy BEST of all the action games ever for me is ZELDA....
Most of the games ever made use the same surprises, bosses, multi weapons you earn along the way...new worlds to conquer before the last big boss fight. I still play that on occasion and never am tired of it. just a CLASSIC!!!

Final Fantasy VIII. My favorite part is when Laguna and Julia are in the hotel room and Laguna is going on and on about himself...and Julia is enjoying it. All the while, the track, "Roses and Wine," is playing and it is the first time that piece is played in the game. It is so romantic.
