Any good suggestions about places to go? I suddenly got the urge to go abroad, but can't decide between all the cultural cities and relaxed beach places It's been a while since I've been abroad outside of scandinavia~X(

I agree with Shelter - Prague/Praha is a wonderful city if your interested in European history, art, architecture, Franz Kafka, Jaroslav Hasek, Rabbi Löw and Pilsner Urquell. And they've got the most spectacular palace complex in all Europe in Prague: the Hradcany! Nothing compares! And the Karlsbrücke...and...and...and...

I'm not sure where you live and what is considered abroad, but Alaska seems like a nice place to do, and on our destination list. But NOT during the winter. And you DO have to go over water to get there. A friend of my got an Overseas Tour Duty Ribbon when he was in the Air Force, and he was from Minnesota originally. Weird!
