A lot of people watched the film Spinal Tap and thought it was about a real rock band (it wasn't). A lot of people see this spoof and think it's a real advert. It is brilliantly done, I wish it was for real, but there is no need to change your detergent brand, the company did not make this.

Fuck! It was fake? Tide didn't make it? They should be eating that shit up. Free advertising? Plus probably gained more customers. (Sorry Gain) I'm already a Tide user and even if it is fake I feel proud to use their stuff.
