I've been asked to relay a message from the owners' of Gay Heaven's representative.

There is no issue with the registration/login function. Members who are having problems are encouraged to check their browser settings or try a different browser.

Also, from my own experience, clearing your cache and browser history regularly may help. If any of these solutions work you will have an answer as to the cause(s) of your problems.

I can verify that I have not had any login problems with GH. I use Chrome primarily and Opera occassionally.

For some reason no 2FA email is delivered to me (worked well till now), so I have to use backup codes.. Since login can last 30 days, it is liveable, but having BU codes stored (printed) physically in another location creates some logistic issues. (I actually didn´t expect to use them more than once a couple years).
So do not underestimate the backup codes...

An administrator contacted me a few days ago and fixed my account. There was nothing for me to do on my end. Hopefully you will be contacted soon.

If you use Y@h00 for your email, the issue may be with them. The only way I was able to get on was to create an email account with another free mail service and a new account here.. The verification code went to spam with the new email service but never went anywhere with Y@hell.

Note: I was not able to find a way to send a PM to an admin without logging in --which cannot be done without 2-Step verification.

Maybe yahoo-mail makes the problem worse, but it's not the only source.
As a yahoo-user I observed a pattern:

- Verification mails are are delivered at the half hour (e.g. 2:30), and _only_ at the half hour.
- Unfortunately, they aren't received every half hour, sometimes (often?) there's a delay of several hours before a verification mail is sent out.
- If you try to log in a few minutes before half, you _might_ be lucky that the confirmation mail is sent out immediately afterwards & the verification code is working.

It took me several days to catch that lucky spot. Hope this description helps you to have some luck, too!
