I had some routinely medical and sportmedical checkups: everything is o.k. so i can go after work in about half an hour for my regularly six miles run with my faithful four-feeted companion and a very good friend of mine, who joins me sometimes for my runs. It begins snowing again, about 1°C, really ideal running weather..........nightly mood, fresh air while snowing....
