Thank you, dear! I had, it was really fine. Is your onesie that good like you thought it would be? I searched for an "ugly" (I would say funny) one for Christmas, with Snowmen or such things, just out of cotton. But most of the time I found Polyester ones. Anyway, it is so nice to make fun with such things! ;) That is one thing, what made me happy today! :)

Yay! That's awesome to hear. ✨
So far I'm still enjoying it, it's a 80/20 cotton and polyester blend, and still cozy warm. I didn't think of getting an "ugly" Christmas one, but now I want one. Haha!
Another thing that made me happy today is that I finally got around to putting up the Christmas tree, it's bit big for my new place but sure makes the place feel festive. :)
 
I thought I was going a bit mad. It's only 3 degrees C, raining, a blanket of low grey thick cloud all day and it's Feb 9th. so why can I be hearing what sounds like the chimes of a distant Ice Cream Van? surely not, not until summer, a warm spring day at the earliest?... then 3 or 4 minutes later I get the confirmation - there IS a bloody van, going aroind trying to sell ice cream; lollies and cold drinks!

For those who may not have them where you live this is one.....

So true, and I hope that soon we will get spring here too. At the moment we have 12°C, but during the night always -1°C. The winter is fighting, but I hope soon he will be defeated!
 
A warm Spring day (20C) with sunshine and no rain brings a smile. Hearing the birds and seeing flowers and other plants beginning to emerge and sprout. Knowing that the summer is coming, planning gardens and garden parties. Putting away Winter clothing and gear and reclaiming closet space for rain gear and beach accessories. :)
 
It was supposed to rain here in Boston today and tomorrow. So no yard work.
But the forecast changed. Overcast and warm, but no rain.
I was happily trimming my hedges and cutting back some early flowers.
Tomorrow I'll walk over to our local pond. We have swans too.

Give us a pic too - swans are beautiful and proud and lifelong faithful birds (is that the correct term?)
