All of you are so selfish! So many delicious dishes but not even 1 invite for dinner!!! :no:

I cooked fried rice with prawns, tempeh (an Indonesian fermented tofu), pickled duck eggs, and crispy chicken.

There was also durian...

And you are invited next time...

Leftovers

Left over Chinese takeout, cashew nuts chicken and combination fried rice. I love ordering Chinese food for delivery because I usually get two meals out of one order. I'm usually lazy about cooking for myself. I only go to any great pains to cook if others are coming for dinner.

Yesterday my mother got some mushrooms from an acquaintance who collected them himself in the woods.
Today she made a wonderfull mushroom ragout we ate with spaetzle and french white bread.
They were mainly two big cauliflower mushrooms, but there were also some others, alongside one cep. The cep did not land in the ragout, my mother sliced and fried it and it was delicious.

That's what autumn tastes like. ^^
