My explicit recommendation would be MORGAN from 2012.

IMdB: A paralyzed gay bicycle racer risks home, relationships and personal health to reenter the fray as a paraplegic racer.

That's really a movie you would like. p:p
 
FATHERS a gay themed Thai film. I think it is a must see! And there will be a special scene, where you really need some tissues!
