Life of Pi
Went in not knowing what it was really about, an was expecting something "meh" but was actually pleasantly surprised, it's nowhere near the best movie made or screenplay written, but it was still pretty good, and the cgi and 3d graphics were surprisingly good when compared to other films that use those techniques.
If you see it, definitely go see it in Cinemark XD or IMAX. Sure it may cost a few bucks more, but if you skimp out on the popcorn you'll more than make it up.

What a sad and tear jerker movie, I never cried this a lot watching a movies before. And the scene that I want to see, it was priceless. It hit the spot.
