Francis Ford Coppola directs a very young cast... Matt Dillon; C.Thomas Howell, Ralph Macchio; Emilio Estevez; Tom Cruise; Rob Low & Lief Garrett - none of them over 20, and Patrick Swayze at a relative ancient 30 yrs old.

Couldn't sleep last night so I got up and watched this again. One of my favourite films.. Is it down to dreams/delusions/hallucinations or temporal paradoxes, time travel and tangent universes? Great script, good cast - Jake Gyllenhaal; Holmes Osbourne; Mary McDonald; James Duval; Noah Wyle; Drew Barrymore and Patrick Swayze; good performances and soundtrack.... and a 6 ft bunny-rabbit called frank! :thumbs up: :thumbs up:

I didn't really understand this movie, but DD is so well made that you don't have to understand it to love it.

And yes, the soundtrack is great!

Yeah I agree... it was the second then third viewing that I started to get my head around what was going on.
