What's the last or current Movie you Watched ?

Not as funny the second time around, but still better than anything with Jim Carrey in

LOUDER THAN BOMBS an Norwegian film from 2015. IMDb 7 points!!!!!!
Very good actors, Jesse Eisenberg, Gabriel Byrne, Isabelle Huppert.
But I think 104 minutes only bla, bla, bla, bla and tragic facial expressions didn't make a good film which earns 7 points on IMDb.

But perhaps these points came from the pharmacists because this film was better than all sleeping pills together.

Don't waste your time with this crap.

BASQUIAT a bio-pic from 1996 about the painter Jean-Michel Basquiat. Starring ´Jeffrey Wright, David Bowie, Dennis Hopper and Gary Oldman. For me a very interesting time leap back to the 80ies and the then art-scene in New York.

SEX, DEATH AND BOWLING a VERY emotional movie!!! You need perhaps some tissues. And don't watch it alone - you need to huddle up to someone!

A cracking tense thriller from the pen of John Le Carre. Great cast, including Ralph Fiennes, Rachel Weisz and Bill Nighy. Beautifully filmed and a beautiful and atmospheric musical theme - Kothbiro, used throughout:

wilderpeople - funny in parts but overall not that good IMHO

FOR MIN BRORS SKYLD - FOR MY BROTHER - a Danish movie - two brothers in their fight for a good life - I won't say more, read IMDb. In my opinion one of the best films I've ever seen but very disturbing, very sad and sometimes incredible. Very recommended!

More Wes Anderson wacky-weirdness... not his best but worth a watch.:thumbs up:

I saw this old Michael Douglas/Kathleen Turner movie on the market as a double pack with it's sequel - Jewel In The Nile so thought I would give them a go .... a little dated but not bad. I'll check out the 2nd later in the week maybe.

Clooney stars in this Anton Corbjn movie.. don't be fooled by the "high octane" looking trailer as it is a moody suspense thriller with minimum dialogue. Filmed mainly in and around the architecturaly interesting Castel Del Monte/Castelvecchio area. Well worth seeing.
