What's the last or current Movie you Watched ?

I also just watched "The Thing About Harry" and I agree... it's cute and the actor that plays Harry is adorable.

POJKARNA - Girls Lost a Swedish film from 2015 and there is only one word I can say WOW. Very, very recommended and a MUST see. In a special way it is the story of all of us here. For me it is one of the most wonderful movies ever. Believe me here Sweden beats Hollywood and is head and shoulders better!!!!!

I don't think I've seen it - which makes me ashamed...

I guess I'll have to get hold of a DVD; thanks for the tip!!! :thumbs up:

So after about 7 mins in I began to wonder if the whole 2hrs+ was going to be a succession of street fights between JW and which ever gang was around the next corner... but thankfully the arrival of "The Adjudicator" helped to set an actual plot (of sorts)… still a lot of fighting, maybe too much really - during the very long Morocco fight scene I lost interest in the action and watched the dogs instead - marvelling at just how well trained they were. I had always presumed this was to be the last of a trilogy - looks like there will be a forth though

Watched this excellent movie again... not sure how much "Based on true events" means and how much was "Hollywood-ised" but well worth watching - gripping stuff from start to finish:thumbs up::thumbs up::thumbs up:

Sorry We Missed You (2019)

The story is about a working class family in crisis. The father works 90 hours a week as a delivery man. His wife is also working 12-14 hours every day...

"Sorry We Missed You"is about what happens when there are no workers' rights. The movie really highlights the issues faced by many in our society.

If you watched "I Daniel Blake" and cried you'll cry twice as much at this . In my opinion, Ken Loach is one of the greatest social dramatist of our time.

Go see it!!!

Thanks to dargelos for recommending it. ;)

I've been meaning to watch the Wick movies. I've seen enough memes about his dog...

I know I am a little late to the party...but watched Rocketman this weekend, Taron Egerton was freaking incredible!

Better late, my friend, than to miss a really wonderful movie! :thumbs up::thumbs up:

"The Invisible Man", 2020. Back when . . . If/when we get back to a better place, I highly recommend it. Otherwise, when it's available online.

Brad Renfro movie marathon

The Client (1994): an excellent thriller based on John Grisham's bestseller

Sleepers (1996): great acting, great plot and very touching

Apt Pupil (1998): an adaptation of a Stephen King story which actually works

There are 380 minutes in one night, so can it be done? YES! :p
