That's the way all politicians speak these days about anything.

Interesting series about language on TV tonight and one example used was the appology. They are never sorry for saying anything, they are sorry that the words caused offence. It's quite a difference!

When she goes off-script, sure, but when her staff write stuff it's thought out by them as part of their strategy for her.

Not quite how my thinking goes no - should the candidate not be a tea-partier, then I think the tea party organisation will mobilise to get someone else into the race. I imagine she'd be high on their short list of people to propel into the race.

Like I say, it's just a theory.
