what's your worst phobia (fear of)?

er.. My worst fear is kinda abstract. I fear not being able to scream when I need to. I worry about being in a life threatening situation and not being able to find my voice. Knowing that if I could just call out things would be better but feeling the futility because I can't.

That's some phobia...tell me does the "life threatening situation" bother you LESS than not being able to scream.?

Well the life threatening situation isn't something um real. It's usually my mouth being sealed or feeling some great pressure forced down on me. It only feels like I will die because I can't scream. It's the feeling that the only thing that can help me is just outside my reach. I guess it's really a fear of uselessness and futility.
 
Jeeezz ... at least I can deal with spiders...a sharp detour to arachnid heaven and it's done. I suspect your's is a tad more difficult.
 
lol Luckily it's not something that's always on my mind. It only strikes if I allow myself to think about.
 
very tight spaces like a really small elevator cabin,a tight cave corridor etc.
 
I've had a fear of (much like the abvove with elevators) but I cannot enjoy a movie at the theatre, for fear of fire. CRAZY....
 
Acrophobia. Interestingly, I flew a lot, and that didn't bother me a lot. But the CN tower, Grand Canyon edge, etc - no thanks.
 
I have a fear of learning to swim..ever since I was attempting to take lessons at an early age, I saw some guys peeing in the water and I got out the water and never went back..lol
 
Closed spaces and heights... which is weird because the last one didn't bother me so much until I got older, but it depends on the height.
 
My greatest fear is that the child inside me dies and there comes an end to all my silly fantasies. Never let the next day be as stinking normal as the day before. Please let me stay the fool I am now until the end. Let me die young, even when I reach the age of 90!
