Last Ford SAF vs Last Salmson
Manufactured in Facel Metallon workshop, the Ford Comete body inspired Jean Daninos for the future Facel Vega.
This coupé Salmson 2300 S bodyworked by Chapron has some differences compared with the original model.
(Roof, bumpers, back lights...)

Voisin : From C 24 to C 25 (1932 - 1935)
Voisin C 24 presented at Paris motorshow 1932
Angular body and "art-deco" style of the interior are especially old-fashioned at this time.
From summer 1934, a new model appear with some welcome curves.
Above : In the same time, Gabriel Voisin presents the prototype of the future C 25 Aerodyne assembled on a C 24 frame.
Below : The definitive C 25 Aerodyne from early 1935.

Spring 1982, turbo or compressor? Lancia develop both technologies.
Turbo for the sportive Delta 4x4 (left), compressor Volumex for the classic Trevi, the version 3 volumes of the Beta.
The last Lancia Beta, Trevi, coupé and coupé HPE, are available in version Volumex until 1985.

Trevi or not Trevi your next Lancia Beta?
During three years, you could choose your Lancia Beta serie 3 four-door-saloon of two or three volumes body. Then, in 1982, the Trevi replace the original Beta.
This extravagant dashboard, appeared on the Beta serie3 in 1979, don't match with the classic drawing of the body.
At the opposite of the coupé, there is no bulge on the Trevi Volumex bonnet.
The 2 Liter engine Volumex with its compressor foreground.

Volkswagen : Compressor G (1988 -1993) then V6 motor.
Volkswagen Polo Coupé G 40 is the first model equiped with this compressor and also the last one five years later.
Among the other Volkswagen powered by a compressor G motor, we have also coupé Corrado G 60 (1989) and Golf GTI G 60 (1990).
Peugeot 205 GTI 1.6 L is a serious competitor for the Volkswagen Polo G 40.
