COMPLAINT: People Reposting Same Clips on Same File Host on Same Day

I do not post a lot here but I always post clips that are new and have never been posted here before. I carefully search each time before I put up a clip to make sure no one has already put it here. I usually post clips on Hotfile. I only post B0und G0ds, B0und in Publ1c and Out in Publ1c. I label the posts with actor names and episode title. I do not use megathreads so users can find my files more easily.

Many times now I have seen several of the same posters repost what I have posted again on Hotfile later the same day or the next day. This I thought was against the rules. I have reported these posts but no one takes any action.

Today I put up a new and scarce B0und G0ds clips that many people have been looking for on many boards. I put the clip on Hotfile. An hour later someone puts the same clip up on Hotfile in the very same forum here at gay Heaven on the very same forum page only a few threads ahead of mine.

I do not like to be a complainer but I think if there are going to be rules then the rules should be followed and enforced. Other competitor sites to GayHeaven do not have this rule and that is why their forums are a mess and clips hard to find. Most people here follow the rules and I think it is unfair to those of us who do to allow rule breakers to do whatever they want and get away with it.

You have to be sure that they are reposting the exact file you uploaded. If they went and found the file somewhere else and uploaded it them selves then its okay. You have to make sure that its your exact file that you uploaded and if so then it could be a problem.

People are wise nowadays... Obviously there's a rename option when you go to hotfile's filemanager or any other filehost's file manager, and they could easily remote upload the images of your screens to other filehosts to make it look not a "repost" of another thread P

You have to be sure that they are reposting the exact file you uploaded.

Yes they're reposting the exact same file and even with the same segment splits. In one case the reposter was even reusing the same contact sheets. They're all very new files so it's not like they have been floating around on the net for a long time. The most recent problem has been dealt with speedily by the moderators. Gay Heaven Rule 2.7 makes it very clear about reposting the same clip on the same host.
