Okay, this question continues to intrigue me, so let me add detail and math figures to it. Because I'd also like to know myself. And, surprise, I'm downloading as I type this as well.
According to the outboard, 1 terabyte harddrive I store them in, I downloaded nine clips yesterday totaling 6.96 gigabytes. One or two of those were from slow, free-user level transfers, but the others were all from a pay service and my DSL pretty much maxes out at a 350kb/sec transfer speed (and that of course is when one at a time). This was all in addition to whatever non-porn activity I did on the pc yesterday, and non-pc activity as well, such as eating, sleeping, showering, running errands, and all those other pesky interruptions that keep any of us from becoming a proper cyborg.
None of those nine have I watched end-to-end, nor whatever I downloaded the day before. Each was quick perused at different stop points to make sure it was what it was supposed to be, had proper beginning and ending points, then moved on to the next thing to be downloaded.
That outboard harddrive was started in use in April and is now 61% full with 619 clips, and nothing else
but porn clips. That harddrive augments an earlier, 500 gigabyte harddrive that's full, and a third will surely be needed sometime in '17.
All of that is supplemented by 8 totes full of DVDs, (about 350 discs per tote) with two and a half hours each of porn per disc, a collection began in January 2009, and most of that material, once burned to disc was removed from the harddrive space it first occupied. Factor in all the old VHS I mentioned, and if 'littlebob' is an 'addict' with 5TB, I'm overdue for a straitjacket. 'mrcrownroyal' is a man after my own heart too: "If I really like a scene, I have to own it."
