what part of you evaporates most?

we are water based..so what part of you evaporates most? and why? and than again...do you think the brain controls how we shut down are body? and again why does it? whats the main function of your brain? to keep you alive?

I do have little knowledge of the human body, so I have to guess and use logic.
I suppose that it depends of the outside temperature. When this temperature is low, most of the evaporating will happen in the lungs (the temperature of the air will rise in your body, so the air is able to contain more damp); when the temperature is high it will be your skin that evaporates (your skin will open and press the water outside as sweat).
Your brain is the basic control center of your body, especially the cerebellum. It organizes all standard procedures. The main function of your brain is to stay alive and see to it that the species survives. So the basic needs for your brain are the restaurant, the pub and sex!
