The dvd has been under the tv for a few weeks and I wish I'd left it there X_X. Slow to start and claustrophobic in that it is mostly shot backstage at a theatre and for me it never really got going - I hit the fast/forward at about the 50 min mark and skipped through to the end. A definite thumbs down from me.... and whoever thought that having a drumming soundtrack was a good idea was ohhh sooo fucking wrong!

I totally agree with you! BTW, Birdman won four Oscars, including best picture. But sometimes I just wish I could sue these people for wasting 2 hours of my life.

I'm happy to read this here about BIRDMAN. This film is as well in my collection but until now we wasn't ready to watch it. But now, after your comments, it will be a film from the category "for every time unwatched".
