He survives many challenges before being adopted by a couple in Australia. 25 years later, he sets out to find his lost family. Heart wrenching in places but uplifting too...

Dev Patel (as the older Saroo) is as watchable as ever - Sunny Pawar who plays the young Saroo is fantastic.

Rarely do I feel satisfied after watching a movie these days. But this was a grand slam.
