It had been so long since the first series, that I'd forgotten what had happened. I'd even forgotten that it's called Gameface. Good job it did a recap.
Happy to have it back, it made me laugh out loud a few times.

My reservations having watched the first 2 episodes (of 6) were confirmed having watched more. Much of the sharp satire of the novel is lost here with Clooney's direction and it's not because they have had time constraints as each episode has moments of "padding" where there will be 2 or 3 mins of shots of the aircrew at the beach or shooting hoops, yet lots of the book's plot and dialogue have been cut.

If you love the book I'm afraid my advice is to avoid this terrible adaptation

THE BOYS wow yea, the first two episodes a little bit boring but then it picked up pace. It is a very bold series and if you watch you will know what I was meaning!!!!
