"Concours d'élégance" Pebble Beach 1985 : For the first time, meeting of the six Bugatti Royale. 11 bodies but only 6 built frames and only 3 units sold!
The first frame received 4 bodies until Ettore Bugatti fell asleep at the wheel of this beautiful coach Weymann. The frame was entirely rebuilt but kept it number 41.100. His son Jean drawed the town coupé below sometimes named "Coupé Napoléon" like the third body. Never sold, it was the personal car of Ettore Bugatti.

This roadster designed by Jean Bugatti was sold to Armand Esders then sold again and rebodyworked in town coupé by Binder (drawing below).
The roadster is today rebuilt with Bugatti parts as originally and exhibited at Mulhouse Museum.
